Standard Rental Packages
Single Weekend Day Rental

- Access from 10AM to midnight (All personal items and décor must be removed by 1AM)

Full Wedding Weekend Package
Friday – Sunday | $12,000 for up to 150 guests
Enjoy a full weekend experience with dedicated access to the venue on Friday and Sunday—giving you the time to relax, decorate, rehearse, and celebrate without feeling rushed.
Includes:
- Friday access starting at 10 AM for decorating and Rehearsal
- Saturday access from 7 AM to midnight for your wedding day celebration
- Sunday access for gathering your personal items and removing decor until noon.
- Tables, chairs, and linens for up to 150 guests

Exclusive Bridal Lodging:
The Bride and up to 7 additional guests may stay at the home on Friday night to enjoy a relaxing evening together before Saturday’s festivities. All guests not in the overnight bridal party must leave by 10 PM Friday night. Lodging is also available Saturday night for up to 8 guests.
Weekday Weddings, Special Events, Birthday and Dinner Parties, Family Reunions
$2,500
This rate is for a 6 hour block of time, up to 65 guests. Additional time can be added for $250/hr, if needed. We set up all tables and chairs for your event. Additional guests please contact for a quote.
Baby and Bridal Showers
$1,500
This rate is for a 5 hour block of time and up to 50 guests. Additional time can be added for $250/hr, if needed. We set up all tables and chairs for your event. (Ask about our discounted rate for our repeat customers!)

Photography Sessions
$150/hour
This rate includes use of the entire Eerie historic property and the Something Blue guest house.

Event Date Details
- Events that are booked on a Holiday, regardless of the day of the week, are $8,000. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, the price is $9,000.
- Holidays include: Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
- Days we do not book events: October 31
- Military & First Responder Discount Available
Reserving an event date secures rates, with 50% deposit due on the day of signing. Payment due in full 60 days prior to event date.

Bartender
Alcohol may only be served by our required vendor- Daughter of Dionysus. Contact info is available on our vendor page.
Security
One security officer per 100 guests must be retained by the Client if alcohol is served.
Event Insurance
The Client is required to carry liability insurance of $1,000,000 covering the event and provide proof of insurance 30 days before the event.
